MARGARITA DE TUNA

  • 4 parts white tequila (2 oz.)
  • 2 parts cointreau  (1 oz.)
  • 2 parts prickly pear juice  (1 oz.)
  • 1 part lime juice (1 oz.)
  • Coarse salt
  • Lime wedge
Rub the lime wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass and dip the rim into a saucer of course salt. Combine the remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into the chilled, salted cocktail glass.
